Pat Trainor, Director
Pat has more than 20 years’ experience in building, civil and structural engineering and project management in large scale public and private infrastructure projects up to $100M in value. He is adept at representing the client in all phases of the project cycle from the development of concepts through to handover to the end user. He is an experienced design team manager and construction manager
Pat oversaw the $100 million multi-level car park and plaza development at Adelaide Airport, which included the installation of the adjoining footbridge, water feature, Subway and WHSmith Express retail outlets. He oversaw the demolition of the old domestic terminal, the expansion of the long-term car park and the first construction phase of the $26 million terminal expansion project. Pat was also the Contract Manager for the $100M Woomera Runway Overlay for the Department of Defence
Pat also has 25 years’ experience in the Australian Defence Force, which has included management of engineering and construction projects in Afghanistan and several nations in the southwest Pacific Region up to $300M in value.
Pat was an Independent Member of the Burnside Council Assessment Panel (CAP) and previously served as a member of the Development Assessment Panel (CDAP) for the City of Tea Tree Gully for seven years, giving him significant local government and planning experience.
Pat is a Chartered Professional Engineer, Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Australia and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Rob Deborsey, Senior Project Manager
Rob is an experienced project manager and surveyor with more than 15 years’ experience in the construction industry.
With expertise in a variety of construction types, Rob has a thorough knowledge of development and construction processes, contract and tendering variations, and compliance management across the education, housing, health, commercial and domestic sectors.
Originally from Manchester, Rob is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and the Chartered Institute of Building.
Dr Ahmad Bahrami, Manager Engineering Services
Ahmad has over 35 years’ experience in both structural and mechanical engineering.
He has a PhD from the University of NSW in vibration engineering. He is a Fellow and Chartered Engineer with Engineers Australia.
Eddie Katari, Senior Structural Engineer
Eddie holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from METU University, Turkey with emphasis on advanced structural engineering and design.
Eddie has a wide range of experience gained in Australia and overseas. He has been involved in a variety of projects, including commercial, retail, industrial and residential buildings.
Since joining Anson Solutions in 2010, Eddie has undertaken the design of several steel and concrete structures as well as timber framed buildings.
Sandeep Baral, Senior Civil Engineer
Sandeep has over 15 years of experience in civil engineering and holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering with emphasis on civil infrastructure design and documentation. Sandeep has a wide range of experience gained in Australia and overseas. He has been involved in a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, industrial sub-divisions and residential and commercial building related civil design. Since joining Anson Solutions in 2015, Sandeep has undertaken numerous building related civil design projects.
Sandeep also has experience in conducting main drainage, sewer and water design and construction audits.
